Musician and actor Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi had arrived at the venue as planned, but the growing number of fans made movement difficult and prompted police to warn of potential stampedes and safety risks. Following advice from authorities, organizers called off the scheduled interaction to prioritize public safety.

Aadhi released a video message expressing disappointment at missing the opportunity to meet his audience, noting that while he was excited, he accepted the decision to ensure the well-being of fans and staff. Phoenix Mall also issued a statement confirming the cancellation was a precautionary measure based on crowd-management assessments.
