Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi launches Gaana Gang platform

During a success meet in Chennai for the film ‘Meesaya Murukku 2’, director and actor Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi launched ‘Gaana Gang’, a new platform dedicated to supporting and organizing Gaana artists. The initiative aims to help emerging musicians create albums and advance their careers, a goal Aadhi noted was inspired by the film's themes.

Actress Chaitra J Achar, who plays the character Lakshmi, shared her experience portraying a strong, outspoken woman in the film. She noted that the role allowed her to perform dance sequences, fulfilling a long-held wish for her mother, as her previous roles often featured dance only in montages.

At the event, veteran artist Deva was present to witness the launch of the platform and the announcement of the first four Gaana artists to be part of the initiative.
