HIPMI Kota Serang elects Bilal as Chairperson for 2026-2029

Bilal has been elected by acclamation as the Chairperson of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) for the Serang City branch for the 2026-2029 period. Following his inauguration, Bilal announced several strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the local business ecosystem.

A primary focus of his leadership will be supporting the Serang City government's “One Family, One Entrepreneur” program, a vision shared by Mayor Budi Rustandi and Vice Mayor Nur Agis Aulia. To facilitate this, HIPMI plans to work in synergy with the local government to encourage entrepreneurship within households.

Additionally, the new leadership intends to establish an advocacy team to provide legal assistance to young entrepreneurs and assist members in accessing People's Business Credit (KUR). Short-term goals include internal consolidation and conducting roadshows to various universities to engage with potential young entrepreneurs.
