Hira Qaiser crowned winner of Pakistan Idol

Hira Qaiser has been crowned the winner of Pakistan Idol, marking the conclusion of a nationwide search for musical talent. The grand finale, held in Karachi, featured a trophy presentation by Shahzain Munir, Executive Director at English Biscuit Manufacturers (EBM).

The event included a surprise performance by Atif Aslam, marking his return with a new album, and an impromptu cameo by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. This appearance marked the first time both artists performed together on the same national television stage. The judging panel for the season included Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Fawad Khan, Bilal Maqsood, and Zeb Bangash, with Atif Aslam joining as a guest judge for the finale.

Season host Shafaat Ali has been nominated for the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in recognition of his contribution to the program.
