Hiroshima local specialties praised by comedian Tomo

Tomo, from the comedy duo ‘Tetsu and Tomo’, shared his experience tasting local Hiroshima specialties on his blog following a show in the region. Accompanied by his partner Tetsu, comedian Kaoru Fukuda of ‘U-ji Koji’, and Takuro Mashiko, he highlighted several local dishes.

He specifically praised ‘Yaki Gansu’, a dish made from fried kamaboko originating from Kure City, which was served grilled on aluminum foil. He also highly recommended ‘Uni Horen’, a popular local dish consisting of fresh sea urchin served over spinach sautéed in butter.
