Hiroshima Prefecture and Mynavi sign partnership to promote youth employment

Mynavi Corporation and Hiroshima Prefecture have signed a comprehensive partnership agreement to promote the circulation and retention of young talent within the region. The agreement, signed on August 27 at the Hiroshima Prefectural Government Office, aims to address the challenge of young people moving out of the prefecture.

The partnership focuses on supporting both student job hunting and the recruitment activities of local companies. Key initiatives include analyzing statistical data regarding job hunting activities, jointly exploring methods to reach potential U-turn candidates, strengthening the recruitment capabilities of local businesses, and providing educational materials for inquiry-based learning.
