Hiroshima Toyo Carp games to test AR glass spectator experience

Berise Co., Ltd. and Data Stadium Inc. will conduct a demonstration experiment at MAZDA Zoom-Zoom Stadium Hiroshima on September 22 and 23, 2026. The project, supported by the Hiroshima Toyo Carp, aims to test a next-generation spectator experience using augmented reality (AR) glasses.

Using XREAL One Pro and XREAL Beam Pro devices, spectators can view real-time game data—such as scores, inning updates, and player statistics—superimposed directly onto their field of vision. This technology allows fans to access detailed digital information without having to look away from the live action on the field.

Data Stadium will provide real-time game data via its ‘Sports Data Live’ service, while Berise handles the XR system development and experiment management. The demonstration is free for stadium visitors, with individual experience sessions lasting approximately three minutes.
