Hiroshima Toyo Carp unveil new visitor uniforms

The Hiroshima Toyo Carp have unveiled their new visitor uniforms for the 2027 season, marking the first major redesign in four years. The new design incorporates navy blue for the chest logos and player numbers, accented with light blue. This specific shade of light blue is intended to evoke the team’s ‘golden era’ from the 1980s, a period during which the club secured five league championships and three Japan Series titles.

In addition to the design changes, the club’s pricing strategy has drawn significant attention from baseball fans. During a special pre-sale period from October 15 to November 1, the high-quality replica uniforms will be available for 8,500 yen. This price point has been noted as being notably lower than the replica uniform prices of several other NPB teams, which often range between 10,000 and 17,000 yen.
