Hise Home Inspection introduces technical property auditing in Turkey

Hise Home Inspection has launched a technical property inspection service in Turkey, aiming to implement the home inspection methodologies commonly used in Europe and the United States. The service focuses on providing detailed, data-driven reports on the technical condition of residential and commercial properties, including issues such as water leaks, insulation deficiencies, plumbing faults, and heating system malfunctions.

Managing Partner Sinan Özkök noted that while banks assess property value and insurance companies evaluate policy risks, this service provides a transparent report on a property's current technical state. This approach is intended to help buyers and tenants avoid unexpected maintenance costs and disputes after moving in.

According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), approximately 1.7 million housing sales occurred in Turkey in 2025, with 1.2 million of those being second-hand properties, highlighting a growing need for independent technical assessments in the real estate market.
