Hisense unveils RGB‑Mini‑LED UR9 and high‑brightness U7S Pro TVs

Hisense’s UR9 RGB‑Mini‑LED television features a 65‑inch (also 75‑ and 85‑inch) panel with 1,056 individually controlled dimming zones, a reported contrast ratio of 24,000:1, anti‑reflection coating, Dolby Vision 2 support, up to 170 Hz refresh for gaming and a strong built‑in sound system. Reviewers note excellent colour reproduction, high peak brightness and a price well below the manufacturer’s suggested retail amount.

The U7S Pro, launched for the 2026 model year, adds a 165 Hz native gaming refresh (144 Hz on the standard U7S), HDMI 2.1 on all four ports, nearly 1,000 dimming zones and a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits. It is powered by the HI‑View AI Engine Pro for AI‑driven image optimisation, runs the Vidaa 2026 platform with Matter integration and an AI assistant, and offers a 2.1 sound system developed with Devialet, plus IMAX Enhanced, Dolby Vision IQ and Pantone‑certified colour accuracy. The 65‑inch version is priced around €1,000 in the German market.
