Historic house in Quinto, Switzerland, listed for sale near hockey arena

A historic seven-room house in Quinto, Switzerland, has been listed for sale for 105,000 Swiss francs. Built in 1800, the 150-square-meter property is located within walking distance of the Gottardo Arena, the home stadium of the HC Ambrì-Piotta ice hockey club.

Real estate agency Immo-Tessin is marketing the property specifically toward ice hockey enthusiasts. Managing director Claude Meury suggested the house would serve as an ideal matchday retreat, allowing fans to stay overnight and celebrate locally rather than driving through the Gotthard tunnel after games.

The building requires significant renovation, including cleaning and electrical updates, as it has been vacant for an extended period. The property features three stories, preserved parquet flooring, and an exterior garden with an old washhouse that could potentially be converted into an outdoor kitchen.
