Historical villas in Mazovia undergo revitalization

Several historical villas in the Mazovian region of Poland are undergoing significant revitalization efforts to preserve their architectural heritage.

In Ząbki, Mayor Małgorzata Zyśk has signed a 1.5 million PLN contract with NAFIBUD S.A. for the next stage of work on the historic Villa Arkada. The project focuses on structural protection against moisture and temperature, including foundation insulation, wall and ceiling reinforcement, and the restoration of architectural details such as windows, doors, and balconies. Funding for window reconstruction is supported by the Mazovian Voivodeship budget.

In Grodzisk Mazowiecki, the Haeberle Villa, built in 1897 by inventor Jan Haeberle, is also being revitalized. Once a central part of the ‘Słoń’ abrasive disc factory, the building is currently situated within the Osiedle Diamentowe residential complex owned by EBB Nieruchomości. The developer has initiated a project to repurpose the century-old structure for residential or commercial use.
