HiteJinro launches limited 10-year aged raspberry wine

HiteJinro has announced the limited release of ‘Jinro Bokbunja’, a raspberry wine featuring concentrate aged for 10 years. This marks the first time such a long-aged raspberry wine concentrate has been introduced in the domestic market.

Designed to align with the ‘zero sugar’ and mixology trends popular among the MZ generation, the product aims to provide a clean taste by reducing the typical aftertaste of raspberry wine. The 10-year aging process is intended to balance the fruit's natural tannins and acidity, resulting in a deep, rich flavor and an ‘old burgundy’ color.

The product is a 300mL bottle with an alcohol content of 12% and is available through restaurants and major distribution channels. To support the ‘Bok-so-sa’ mixology trend (a combination of raspberry wine, soju, and cider), HiteJinro will also release a specialized kit in convenience stores and large marts starting in November.
