HKSTP and PCIM Asia Shanghai sign power electronics collaboration agreement

The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and PCIM Asia Shanghai have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to strengthen ties regarding PCIM Asia Shanghai, a major power electronics exhibition.

The partnership aims to foster knowledge exchange and industry collaboration in sectors including power electronics, semiconductors, electrification, and renewable energy. By combining corporate networks and regional strengths, the two organizations intend to support the innovation and technology ecosystem through annual exchange activities, coordination meetings, and opportunities for start-ups to showcase solutions.

Additionally, the organizations co-hosted the ‘Power Electronics Innovation Across Asia’ seminar. The event brought together investors, academics, and international technology companies to discuss advancements in power semiconductors and trends impacting Asia’s industrial future, such as power supplies for AI data centers and smart robotics.
