Hélène Schrub appointed Director General of the LFP
The Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) has officially appointed Hélène Schrub as its new Director General. Schrub succeeds Arnaud Rouger, whose departure from the institution had been previously confirmed.
Schrub brings over twenty years of experience in French professional football. She most recently served as the Director General of FC Metz, a position she held since 2016, after beginning her career in the club's communications department. She is also a member of the executive committee of the French Football Federation (FFF), where she has served since 2021.
LFP President Vincent Labrune praised Schrub’s professionalism and deep understanding of club interests. In her new role, Schrub will be responsible for steering the institution's strategy and managing upcoming transformations, including the implementation of new sports legislation in coordination with clubs, policymakers, and the FFF.
