HM Exploration receives DTC approval for US share clearing

HM Exploration Corp. has announced that its common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement in the United States through the Depository Trust Company (DTC). The company’s shares trade on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol ‘HMEXF’.

Nick Rodway, President and CEO of HM Exploration, stated that the DTC approval removes a significant friction point for US investors interested in the company and its Lewis Pilley’s project. The company noted that this milestone follows the reporting of results from twelve Phase-1 drill holes, which confirmed two overlapping massive sulfide lenses. A Phase-2 drilling program is scheduled for this autumn.

With this approval, the company’s shares can be traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), the OTCQB in the United States, and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany, providing more efficient access for investors in North America and Europe.
