Simultaneously, Vietnam is pursuing strategic goals in the semiconductor sector. Efforts include expanding cooperation with Singapore for workforce training and strengthening connections with Taiwan to develop the Vietnamese expert community. These initiatives aim to move the country deeper into the global semiconductor value chain through specialized chip mastery and technological transfer.
