Ho Chi Minh City police investigate abandoned Mercedes near Tan Son Nhat Airport

Authorities in Ho Chi Minh City are investigating the abandonment of a Mercedes vehicle with the license plate 93N-6868. The car has been stationary for several months on a connecting road between Hong Ha and Bach Dang streets, near Tan Son Nhat Airport.

The Tan Son Nhat Traffic Police Team and Tan Son Hoa Ward Police are working together to contact the owner and clarify the circumstances. The vehicle shows significant signs of deterioration due to prolonged exposure to the elements, including flat tires, damaged leather seats, and debris accumulation.

Local residents reported that the vehicle originally experienced engine failure while two middle-aged occupants were inside. The long-term presence of the car has reportedly obstructed traffic flow and caused inconvenience to commuters in the area.
