Ho Chi Minh City residents win major lottery prizes

Several lottery winners in Ho Chi Minh City have recently secured significant prizes. One resident, Mr. D. T. N., won a Lotto 5/35 jackpot worth over 11.3 billion VND. He reported that the win occurred after he decided to purchase a few Lotto 5/35 tickets using leftover change while visiting a retail point to buy Mega 6/45 tickets.

In a separate instance, a man in Ho Chi Minh City won 55 consolation prizes from the Southern lottery on August 23, totaling approximately 2.75 billion VND before taxes. The winner selected the tickets based on a specific ending number sequence provided by a vendor. He received 250 million VND in cash, with the remaining balance transferred electronically.
