Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology reports high IELTS scores for international program

New students enrolling in the International Engineering Bachelor's program at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology have demonstrated high academic standards. The program, a transnational education partnership with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), reported an average IELTS score of 7.0 for its first cohort in 2025.

For the 2026 intake, the average IELTS score remained at 7.0, while SAT scores ranged between 1,140 and 1,510. The composite admission score averaged 86.5 out of 100. Notably, the top student in the Artificial Intelligence major, Nguyen Gia Ngan, achieved a composite score of 99.28/100 and an IELTS score of 8.0.
