Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union concludes second political theory competition

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held a closing and awards ceremony for the second Political Theory Competition on protecting the Party's ideological foundation among youth in 2026. The event took place on September 29 in Hanoi.

The competition saw a significant increase in engagement, receiving 462,629 entries. This represents a 132.45% increase compared to 2025 and exceeds the target set by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Youth Union by over 200%. Participants submitted works across six formats: newspapers, magazines, radio, television, video, and graphics.

Organizers emphasized the integration of digital technology throughout the process, including submission, management, and grading via a dedicated website and digital platform to ensure transparency and scientific rigor. Topics covered included digital transformation, cyberspace, national sovereignty, history, culture, and combating misinformation.
