HO-Modelautoclub Nederland schedules digital General Assembly

The HO-Modelautoclub Nederland has announced a digital General Assembly scheduled for Sunday, September 27, at 20:00. This meeting follows a previous assembly on September 13, which saw a high turnout of 49 members but failed to reach the required two-thirds quorum.

Because the quorum was not met, two pending proposals could not be legally decided upon. For this upcoming second meeting, the two-thirds quorum rule will no longer apply; instead, a proposal will be adopted if two-thirds of the members present or represented vote in favor. Members unable to attend may authorize another member to vote on their behalf, with a limit of one proxy per person.
