Hoa Phat opens second registration phase for Yen My II social housing

Hoa Phat Yen My Urban Development Joint Stock Company, a member of Hoa Phat Group, has announced the second phase of registration for its social housing project located in the Yen My II Industrial Park, Hung Yen province. The registration period runs from September 23 to October 23, 2026.

The 31-hectare project represents a total investment of nearly 5,000 billion VND. In its initial stage, the development includes two 11-story apartment clusters providing 842 social housing units. Prices are set starting from 20.8 million VND per square meter, with apartment sizes ranging from 34.9 m² to 77 m².

Designed as a self-contained urban area, the project features integrated infrastructure including schools, parks, sports areas, and 24/7 security. The location offers convenient access to nearby industrial zones via National Highway 39A and Provincial Road DT 200, and is situated approximately 30 minutes from Hanoi and Hung Yen city centers.
