The Hoa Phat - Yen My social housing project, developed by Hoa Phat Urban Development Joint Stock Company, has seen a high volume of registration applications during its initial opening days. A large number of residents and industrial workers have visited the sales office to complete procedures and seek consultation regarding housing needs.

The project is attracting significant interest due to its strategic location near the Yen My II Industrial Park and its integrated, modern infrastructure planning. Early statistics indicate that approximately 80% to 90% of those inquiring possess income levels suitable for the project. The development is expected to provide nearly 9,000 apartments designed to meet the long-term settlement needs of low-income workers and local residents.
