Hoang Anh Gia Lai subsidiary HGI approved for 18.8‑million‑share IPO

Vietnam's State Securities Commission has approved the initial public offering of Hoang Anh Gia Lai International Investment JSC (HGI). The offering will comprise 18.8 million shares, representing about 11.2 % of the company's equity. Hoang Anh Gia Lai JSC (HAG) currently holds an 84.42 % stake in HGI, down from 93.13 % at the end of 2025, after transferring 8.35 million shares to facilitate the listing.

HGI manages more than 7,000 ha of agricultural land in Laos, cultivating bananas, coffee, durian and mulberry, with total assets valued at roughly VND14.5 trillion (US$552 million).
