Hoban Construction exceeds 1 trillion won in urban redevelopment orders

Hoban Construction has surpassed 1 trillion won in cumulative urban redevelopment orders for the Seoul and metropolitan area this year, reaching a total of 1.1526 trillion won. This milestone follows the company's recent selection as the contractor for two major projects in Seoul.

The first is the Chang-dong Sang-a 1st Apartment reconstruction project in Dobong-gu, which involves constructing 962 housing units across eight buildings up to 45 stories high. This represents the largest single redevelopment project Hoban Construction has secured in Seoul in terms of both unit count and contract value. The second is the Junghwa Station Area 2-6 street-level housing redevelopment project in Jungnang-gu, which will consist of 259 units.

By securing these projects, the company is expanding its ‘Hoban Summit’ brand presence in northeastern Seoul. The company attributes this growth to its specialized management organization for the Seoul metropolitan area and its diversified portfolio, which includes various project types such as reconstruction, redevelopment, and trust-based implementation methods.
