Hoban Construction wins multiple design awards for residential landscaping

Hoban Construction has received multiple accolades for its specialized residential landscape designs at the K-Design Award 2026 and Good Design Korea.

At the K-Design Award, three of the company’s landscape projects were named ‘Winners.’ These include ‘The Floating House,’ a water-based relaxation facility at Hoban Summit La Premier in Osan Segyo 2; ‘The Golden Thread,’ an integrated multi-generational play and rest area at the same location; and ‘Circle Playground,’ a nature-friendly play space at Hwaseong Bibong Hoban Summit.

Specifically, ‘The Floating House’ also earned an Excellent Design (GD) designation in the space and environmental design category at Good Design Korea. The facility features a design that integrates water, greenery, and architecture, utilizing folding doors to connect indoor and outdoor spaces. The company stated that these awards recognize its ability to evolve apartment landscaping from simple amenities into differentiated living spaces.
