Hoban Group announces large-scale recruitment for 2027

Hoban Group has announced a large-scale recruitment drive for its major subsidiaries, aiming to hire a triple-digit number of new employees for 2027. The recruitment spans various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, distribution, and leisure.

Key subsidiaries involved include Hoban Construction, Hoban Industrial, and Hoban TBM in the construction sector; Taihan Cable & Solution in manufacturing; and Hoban Hotel & Resort and Hoban Golf in the leisure sector. Taihan Cable & Solution is specifically looking for personnel to support its expansion into ultra-high voltage and submarine cable solutions.

The group is implementing specialized tracks: the ‘Group Talent Track’ for future management leaders, the ‘Global Talent Track’ for international students to bolster global competitiveness, and the ‘Junior Pro Track’ for professionals with 1 to 5 years of experience. A new ‘AI Open Interview’ process will be introduced to evaluate candidates' ability to define problems and solve them logically using AI tools. Applications will be accepted from September 24 to October 11 via the group’s recruitment website, with final hires expected to join in January 2027.
