Hoban Group tests AI-driven personalized relaxation services

Hoban Group has announced a pilot program to test personalized relaxation services using artificial intelligence technology. In collaboration with the digital healthcare startup Stress Solution, the group is implementing the “Healing Beat” sound solution at Avenue France Gwangmyeong and Splas Resom through December.

The Healing Beat system measures and analyzes a user's biological signals to provide customized audio tailored to specific needs, such as stress management, concentration, or sleep. Users can also compare their physiological data before and after using the service to monitor changes in their state.

Preliminary data from Stress Solution indicates that the service has helped reduce participants' stress levels by an average of 38.5 percent. The pilot includes dedicated spaces like the “Healing Beat Zone” at Splas Resom and “Healing Boxes” at Avenue France Gwangmyeong to observe customer responses and technical viability in real-world environments.
