Hobby Japan to release MF Ghost Toyota 86 mini cars

Hobby Japan has announced the release of two 1/64 scale die-cast mini cars featuring the Toyota 86 GT (ZN6) driven by protagonist Kanata Rivington from the anime series ‘MF Ghost’.

The collection includes two distinct versions: the Odawara Pike Peak specification, modeled after the vehicle from the first MFG race, and the Ashinoko GT specification, based on the second race. The Ashinoko version features updated design elements such as gold-trimmed ‘86’ decals and specialized wheels.

Both models are priced at 4,290 yen each and are scheduled for release after May 2027. Each set includes a dedicated base, a clear display case, and a backboard featuring battle scenes from the series. Pre-orders are currently being accepted through Hobby Japan’s direct stores and various model retailers nationwide.
