Hochschule Stralsund to host lecture on European youth perspectives

Hochschule Stralsund will host a public event on October 28, 2026, titled “How young people rethink Europe’s future – between crisis experience, hope and social change.” The lecture, part of the 30th Baltic Sea Forum, will feature Berlin-based scientist Dr. Simon Morris-Lange.

Dr. Morris-Lange will present current research findings comparing the perspectives of young people in East Germany and Poland. The discussion aims to explore how the younger generation views challenges such as climate change, economic uncertainty, social tensions, and rapid digitalization, as well as their hopes for societal engagement and future stability.
