Hockenheimring hosts ADAC Racing Weekend and DTM championship preparations

The ADAC Racing Weekend at the Hockenheimring concluded with several championship decisions. In the Porsche Sprint Challenge Deutschland GT3, Levin Gelf and Joel Hohmann shared victories, with Hohmann securing a win in the second heat following a safety car period. Rasmus Vendelbo and Nikodem Sobczyk triumphed in the Porsche Sprint Challenge Deutschland GT4.

In the GT Summer Series, Thomas Westarp was crowned champion, while Antoine Berberich Martini and David Schumacher secured major trophies in their respective races. The Touring Car Legends category saw Marc Seesing dominate the Pure Group A class, and Thomas Ardelt was named the new champion.

In preparation for the DTM season finale at Hockenheim, Manthey Racing is introducing special liveries for the Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo cars driven by Thomas Preining and Ricardo Feller. The designs celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Manthey team and the 10th anniversary of the iconic ‘Grello’ livery, blending historical elements with modern streamlined aesthetics.
