Hodeco to transfer Hodeco Seavillage project for 1,050 billion VND

Ba Ria - Vung Tau Housing Development JSC (Hodeco) has approved a resolution to transfer its entire Hodeco Seavillage project. The expected transfer value is approximately 1,050 billion VND.

The Hodeco Seavillage project covers an area of 2.58 hectares located on 3/2 Street in Rach Dua Ward, Vung Tau. The planned development includes 132 commercial apartments, 795 condotel units, and 39 terraced houses.

The project has faced significant delays due to legal hurdles and planning adjustments over the past 15 years. Originally spanning 4.74 hectares in 2011, the scale was reduced to the current 2.58 hectares following a detailed planning adjustment approved in 2020. Hodeco has not yet disclosed the identity of the transferee or the specific payment methods.
