Hodelpa Hospitality launches tourism internship program as Bolivia university runs ecotourism workshops

Hodelpa Hospitality announced the launch of a new internship programme in partnership with the Universidad Domínico Americano (UNICDA). The scheme will place hospitality and tourism students in real‑world roles across the hotel chain’s properties throughout the Dominican Republic, giving them practical experience in hotel operations and management.

In Bolivia, students from the Universidad Central (UNICEN) in the Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy program organized a series of ecotourism and environmental‑education workshops for secondary‑school pupils in seven local schools. The activities included participatory games, debates and hands‑on projects aimed at raising awareness of sustainable tourism and natural‑resource conservation.
