Hoff Analytics launches AI tool for construction demand forecasting

Hoff Analytics has launched Cloe Demand Forecast, an artificial intelligence-based tool designed to project the demand for construction materials. The solution analyzes data from active construction projects to indicate when, where, and in what volume specific categories of materials will be required.

The tool aims to improve visibility for manufacturers by aligning industrial planning with the actual pace of construction work. By providing projections segmented by product category, geographic location, and construction phase, the technology seeks to reduce reliance on historical sales data or generic market estimates.

According to founder Wesley Bichoff, the tool addresses planning challenges that affect production, inventory, and distribution. Proper forecasting helps prevent the accumulation of excess stock and immobilized capital, while also ensuring manufacturers have sufficient capacity to meet demand and avoid delivery delays.
