Hohem introduces Eyepic gimbal camera with detachable sensor

Hohem has introduced the Eyepic, a two-in-one gimbal camera featuring a detachable camera unit. This removable sensor module can be worn around the neck or attached to accessories like hats and helmets. The device supports 4K video recording at up to 60 fps and features three-axis stabilization when mounted on the gimbal.

A 2.5-inch touchscreen allows users to switch between horizontal and vertical capture modes at maximum resolution by rotating the screen. The camera is waterproof up to 32.8 feet and includes magnetic connectors for mounting on metal surfaces.

In addition to the Eyepic, Hohem announced the iSteady V4 Ultra and iSteady X4 smartphone gimbals, both of which feature native Apple DockKit support for iPhone camera tracking. The company also unveiled the Mic 2 wireless audio system, designed for professional interviews and podcasts. Pricing and specific release dates have not yet been disclosed.
