Canadian YouTuber Jozzie Unfiltered recently shared his experience discovering Mama's Authentic Vietnamese Kitchen, a small family-run eatery in Hoi An, Vietnam. Found via Google Maps, the establishment on Cua Dai Street has gained attention for its authentic flavors and welcoming atmosphere.

Jozzie highlighted the quality of the local dishes, specifically praising the cao lau and banh mi. A notable aspect of the restaurant is the warm, familial environment where customers, including strangers, affectionately refer to the female owner as “mother.” Unlike many commercialized tourist restaurants, this kitchen operates with a home-like simplicity, serving guests from early morning until the early hours of the following day.
