Hoi Hup Realty acquires Four Points by Sheraton Sydney for A$201.8 million

Singapore-based Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd has acquired the Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park for A$201.8 million (approximately US$144.6 million). This transaction marks the group’s first entry into the Australian property market.

Located in Sydney’s Tech Central precinct, the 309-room hotel features 45 suites, a fitness centre, and conference facilities. The property recently underwent capital improvements, including the conversion of a conference floor into 12 additional guest rooms and the renovation of its ground-floor food and beverage offerings to serve the local residential and student population.

The hotel is managed by Marriott International. Industry experts from JLL and CBRE, who facilitated the sale, noted that the transaction reflects the continued strength and high demand for investment-grade hotel assets within the Sydney central business district.
