Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo extends winless streak to six matches

Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo continues to struggle in the J2 League, extending their winless streak to six matches following a 1-1 draw against Oita Trinita on September 19.

After a scoreless first half, Oita took the lead in the 47th minute through a header by Kotaro Arima. Sapporo intensified their pressure in the second half, with Yuki Miyazawa hitting the crossbar, but they managed to secure a point in stoppage time when Ryota Aoki scored a volley in the 49th minute of added time.

Despite the late equalizer, Sapporo remains in 19th place, stuck in the relegation zone. The club has not recorded a victory since their opening match against Tokushima Vortis approximately one and a half months ago.
