Hokkaido food festivals announced in Japan

Various culinary events featuring regional specialties from Hokkaido are being held in Japan. Ryubo is hosting an autumn Hokkaido product exhibition at its event space from September 15 to September 28.

Additionally, the Tokyo Dome Hotel will launch its ‘Hokkaido Fair 2026’ starting October 1. Held at the Super Dining ‘Lilassa’, the buffet will feature a variety of local delicacies including red snow crab, scallops, seafood parfaits, soup curry, and miso ramen. The event is divided into two phases, running through February 2027.
