Holbæk retail property offered for sale at 72 million DKK

A fully leased retail investment property located at Stenhusvej 50 in the Holbæk Megacenter is being offered for sale for 72 million DKK. The property, which was constructed in 1997, features a land area of approximately 12,600 square meters and a floor area of roughly 7,940 square meters.

The building is occupied by four established tenants: Ilva, BOOA Møbler, Fair Fitness, and Carl Ras. On average, these tenants have been in the property for more than 11 years. Notably, the anchor tenant, Ilva, has a lease agreement that runs until the end of 2031.

The current owners, Peter Præst and Lars Jakobsen, have held the property through their company, Jakobsen & Christiansen, since 1977. They stated that while the property remains a profitable business, they have decided to sell due to their age. The property is situated near the main entrance of the Holbæk Megacenter, close to other major retail chains.
