Holcim to acquire Fermacell for 840 million euros

Holcim has reached an agreement to acquire the German specialist in wall and floor solutions, Fermacell, for 840 million euros.

The acquisition involves Fermacell, which is currently owned by James Hardie Industries. Fermacell is recognized as a leader in high-performance gypsum fiber and cement-bonded board solutions, providing various wall, floor, and fire protection products.
