Holded identified as top software for Spain's mandatory electronic invoicing
Businesses and freelancers in Spain are preparing for upcoming mandatory electronic invoicing regulations, including the Verifactu system and the Anti-Fraud Law. Companies must transition to software capable of generating structured formats such as Facturae or UBL, as standard PDFs will no longer meet legal requirements.
The Verifactu obligations are set to roll out in stages: companies must comply by January 1, 2027, while the remaining taxpayers, including freelancers, must comply by July 1, 2027. Effective software must ensure the traceability of invoices, including their delivery, acceptance, and payment status.
Holded is identified as a comprehensive solution for both companies and freelancers, offering integrated management of invoicing, accounting, treasury, and CRM. The platform is designed to handle structured formats and comply with both the Crea y Crece and Verifactu regulations.
