Holiday Inn Express Osaka renovates 40 rooms into new twin configurations

Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji has announced the renovation of 40 guest rooms, transitioning them into new twin room configurations. The update aims to meet the growing demand for travel among pairs, such as friends, couples, and families, by focusing on spaces that facilitate social interaction.

Key changes include replacing traditional working desks with round tables and stools to encourage conversation. The hotel is also preparing to launch connecting rooms that can accommodate up to four guests in February 2026. Located near Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Namba, the hotel seeks to enhance the experience for travelers visiting Osaka for shopping, dining, or attending events at venues like Osaka-jo Hall and Kyocera Dome Osaka.
