Holiday World hosts second annual Summer Wine’d Down Culinary Festival

Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari has launched the second annual Summer Wine’d Down Culinary Festival in Santa Claus, Indiana. The event features a menu of more than 40 new snacks, desserts, and small bites inspired by various holidays, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, Mardi Gras, Groundhog Day, and Valentine’s Day.

While wine pairings are available at four locations throughout the parks, the food can be purchased à la carte, making the festival accessible to families. Notable menu items include a Thanksgiving Cornucopia bread cone filled with turkey and stuffing, a Mardi Gras Bayou Basket with Cajun shrimp, and an April Fools’ Day dessert designed to look like a burger and fries but made of cookies, brownies, and churro fries.

The festival runs daily through September 13 for all days the parks are open. Visitors can also purchase a Tasting Pass for added value.
