Holland America Line refreshes Morimoto by Sea menu

Holland America Line has announced a menu refresh for its Morimoto by Sea dining experience. Developed in collaboration with Global Fresh Fish Ambassador Chef Masaharu Morimoto, the updated menu features new dishes and enhanced versions of existing favorites.

New menu items include Shokupan Bread Service, Tan Tan Noodles in red curry broth, Miso Lamb Chop with kombu-braised daikon, and Lobster Miso Soup. The update also includes an enhanced Morimoto Sushi Mori. Returning favorites such as Pork Gyoza, Japanese Curry, and the Morimoto Buri-Bop will remain on the menu.

The rollout begins this fall at the standalone Morimoto by Sea restaurant on the Nieuw Amsterdam. The menu will then expand as a pop-up experience across the rest of the fleet, with an expected completion on all 11 ships by mid-November. Additionally, Chef Morimoto is scheduled to host a cruise to Alaska aboard the Nieuw Amsterdam on May 8, 2027.
