Holly Willoughby discusses body image in interview with Lily Phillips

Holly Willoughby has faced criticism following an episode of her YouTube series, ‘Holly Willoughby Together’, featuring OnlyFans creator Lily Phillips. During the unfiltered interview, the discussion focused on body image, insecurities, and the influence of the adult film industry on women’s perceptions of anatomy.

Willoughby expressed concerns regarding the narrow representation of female bodies in pornography, stating that the industry often fails to show ‘normal’ anatomy, which can lead women to feel self-conscious about their own bodies.

Phillips shared her experience of undergoing a ‘designer vagina’ procedure, such as a labiaplasty, driven by personal insecurities when she began her career at age 19. She noted that she somewhat regrets the decision, suggesting she could have provided different representation for the ‘big labia community’ within the adult industry.
