Hollyland announces Pyro 7 Ultra wireless monitor

Hollyland has announced the Pyro 7 Ultra, a professional 7-inch all-in-one wireless monitor designed for filmmakers, directors, and camera operators. The device features a premium QD-LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a brightness of up to 1,500 nits.

To ensure broadcast-grade color accuracy, the monitor comes pre-calibrated with Calman to achieve a ΔE <1.5. It provides 99% coverage of the Rec. 709 color space and 95% of DCI-P3. The system utilizes TWiFi technology for stable, low-latency wireless video transmission at distances of up to 1 km (approximately 3,300 feet).

The Pyro 7 Ultra supports dual-band 2.4/5 GHz auto-frequency hopping, allowing it to send video to up to two apps and four receivers, or up to 20 receivers in broadcast environments. Additional technical features include HDMI/3G-SDI input/output, support for up to 2TB SD card video recording, and a built-in V-mount battery plate.
