Hollywood apartment triple homicide leaves three men dead

Los Angeles police responded to a welfare check late Tuesday night, July 28, at an apartment on the 1900 block of Wilcox Avenue near Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood. Inside they discovered three adult men deceased. Initial reports suggested they had been shot, but investigators later said the exact cause of death remains unclear.

No suspects have been identified, no arrests have been made and the identities of the victims have not been released. The LAPD Homicide Division, led by Captain Mike Bland, continues to investigate the scene, which remains cordoned off and the surrounding streets are closed to traffic.
