Hollywood films gain momentum ahead of upcoming awards seasons

The film stars Pedro Pascal as Alex Serian, a cellist returning to Los Angeles. Pascal reportedly performed much of his own cello work for the role. Looking toward the 2027 Oscars, Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ is emerging as a major contender. The epic film features a star-studded cast including Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, John Leguizamo, and Samantha Morton. The production is expected to compete across multiple Academy categories, including directing, cinematography, and visual effects.
